A medical employee evaluation form is used to evaluate a medical employee’s performance at his work place. Medical employees may work full time or part-time in a health care facility or at a private health clinic under the guidance of an authorized physician. The medical employee is evaluated on his ability to assist the doctor, dentist or any other superior with minor but necessary chores which ensure the smooth and easy running of a medical facility. The employee’s knowledge, behaviour, qualifications, punctuality, skills, efficiency, performance and so on is judged by an examiner and based on that a report is formed on his evaluation.
